Heidi Underwood, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

Heidi has been a Speech Language Pathologist for over 16 years. She received her masters from the College of Saint Rose in Communication Disorders. She has extensive experience working and evaluating children birth to 21 years of age. Heidi is the founder of Adirondack Enrichment and lives in Warren County with her husband and two children. Heidi is the founder of "Under the Woods Foundation" which provides a summer camp for "differently abled" children. Her most favorite therapy material is play dough; it is relaxing for children and can inspire creativity.

Michelle Mabie, BS, SpEd
NYS Certified Special Education Teacher

Michelle is a graduate of The College of New Jersey and has worked as a Special Education Teacher with children birth to 21 years of age for over 20 years. She has earned a Certificate in Assistive Technology from Stockton State College. Michelle provides Special Education Itinerant Services to preschool children and Assistive Technology Services and Evaluations. Michelle's favorite game is "Barnyard Bingo." In Michelle's spare time, she works for AIM services, Inc. with adults who have developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury.

Paula attended the University of Central Florida and has worked in a variety of settings to include Early Intervention, Pre School and Elementary schools. Paula likes to play games, sing, dance, arts and crafts and blow bubbles for activities when working with children. Paula resides in Queensbury with her husband and two teenage sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in Schroon Lake and Florida and watching her boys sporting events.

Tracey Merzig, MS Ed.
Special Education Teacher

Tracey has been working at Adirodack Enrichment for the past 3 years as an EI and CPSE special education teacher as well as an Evalaution Coordinator. Tracey received her under graduate degree from St. Joseph's College and her masters from Plattsburg State University. She enjoys doing art projects where kids can use their creativity. Tracey resdies with her husband and 3 young children in Queensbury. They enjoy bike riding and going to the beach. Tracey also is a Girl Scout Leader in the community and enjoys reading a good book.

Isabelle has been with Adirondack Enrichment since 2008. She received her teaching degree from Plattsburg State University and works with both Early Intervention and Pre School students. One of her favorite activities to do with the children is sing songs with physical actions. Isabelle resides with her husband, son and daughter and her familiy enjoys their camping trips in the Adirondacks. She likes to relax with a good book and is Under the Woods Foundation Camp Director.
